So many shell or coral pieces I find here in Hawaii Josh are worm holes .
or like the famous puka shells which is a hole in the end of a shell that fell off . Weak spots from tumbling around in the water makes a hole .

Hey Josh, Was looking online for s'mo detail - found this..
It would have been from an articulated bisque (unglazed porcelain) kewpie/penny doll: probably wired together - there's wear around the off-center hole.
It's probably over 100 yrs. old, and rare. Most of the penny dolls were cast with their head adornments in place. Does the brim hole go all the way through?

Well The hole on The side does go all the way through, has a micro pebble still lodged in the hole. Thanks very much Olden. I also found a very old Pipe Stem on That bunch of Gravel that Jay and maybe Roger helped Me Date.
