End scraper? Stunning point?

Found in a creek in Jackson Co, Mo... anyone believe this is an end scraper of sort? Stunning point? Appears to have a ledge on one side, maybe intentional to keep it on a handle more firmly? Thanks!

It looks to me like a piece where work was started on it and never finished. A work in progress which was discarded.

Interesting point . Going with what Joe said but that black one might of been started then used as an engraver . Looks to
have a sharp tip on it . Hard to tell from the photo . I find so many should of would off preforms and unfinished pieces .
Somone from your area will chime in but it’s like a production site in some aspects . Think of them working on something and it’s just not easy or there are enclusions in the lithic , just so many variables .
