Quartz Arrowhead, unfamiliar base

I had a few moments at lunch today to walk around d a construction site and found a nice quartz point. I haven't found many with tis type of base before, any thoughts?

Most likely exhausted Savannah River point. Look at those points and the base and imagine what it would look like if most of blade was taken off re sharpening.
