Going with Joe , Big Sandy in its early stages yet to be worked down .
Use sharpen...meaning I have seen those with the base bigger then the point itself .

Here’s some closer photos. I got a new phone. My old one wasn’t capable. Lol
After some research, I am big sandy region, so I’m impressed with the educated call! I’m still learning but thoroughly addicted at this point. Also, anything more you might be able to tell me would be amazing. I’m gonna make a card for each artifact I find with estimates on age, material, site found, tribe etc.

Keeping a card is a good idea but you are not likely to be able to ID points to a particular tribe as we know them unless it’s a post-contact point.
