    That point make me feel ice age cold, about the time water was running almost everywhere as the glaciers were melting.

          The auricles eliminate a dalton but in my eye it sure looks like dalton flaking and the flattened cross section. Super find broke or not anything 9 or 10 thousand yrs. old is super.. Congrats. Keep looking you may find a whole paleo.

            Thanks oldrocks....I'll definitely be getting back out there....it is hit or miss on that location though....sometimes I spend a few hours and find nothing. At other times...I can find something within 10 - 15 minutes of looking. Just waiting for a really good rain
