Lotsa quartz in it. Lithic of my home! Kinda looks like granite.

That could a type rock called Breccia. Breccia can be any type of conglomerate rock with both small and very large crystals or inclusions of various other rocks or minerals. If quartz is the main mineral, then it's " Brecciated " quartz. if jasper, then it's Brecciated jasper. Not commonly used for points or knives, but more for hardstone artifacts. But an occasional point will show up. This is a Brecciated jasper point with an associated brecciated jasper flake knife. Both Paleo. Because what you have appears to be a flake, it could be a flake taken off a larger cobble in the process of making possibly an axe or celt, not necessarily a projectile form. Or, it's a flake of granite taken off a granite cobble to make a hardstone tool. The more I look at it, the more it appears to be a flake of granite. Throwing two possibilities out there.
