  • Eastern Mo finds 4/2

    Went out to my normal hunting creek and came up with these. I believe the bottom left pic is very very old unless it’s just natural. Found a dead head too!

    That’s defiantly been worked . Looks like a scrapper or knife combo .
    Random flaking in that piece so can’t tell the age but someone will chime in about that micro flaking on the sides hard to see .
    Now that deer that’s a recent kill with the hide still on the head . The one that go away . That’s going to make a nice European mount . One of my favorite mounts .

      I ended up cutting them off. The nose of the skull was pretty chewed up. Fun finds though!

            Love those big worked chunks of chert especially the black ones. Looks like a blade now the last one I'm not sure on but the other 2 really nice. Blades were usually preform types for future points but some were used as is as knives and scrapers.
