            Welcome from Mercer county PA. Your first artifact does appear to be some type of knife, assigning it to a particular culture is nearly impossible as all cultures made knives. Generally speaking Meadowood cache blades are relatively thin, most averaging between 1/4 and 3/8 of an inch thick and have a triangular outline. They are almost always made from Onondaga chert which is what your 2nd relic is made from. Hope that info helps.
