  • Broken piece of arrowhead?

    At first I thought this was a flake but on closer inspection it looks like a piece from the bottom part of an arrowhead that broke off. What do you think?

    Probably the base of what could have been a adena one day, unfortunately we find a lot of them....✌️

      Hi Mr bJ. As Hal says. You made an excellent presentation. Although broken it has the appearance of what could be, because or its small size. an Adena dart point because of the characteristics of the base. HST, the old folks also made some very small knife points.

        You may be right and looks to have been made from a flake.

              What do you mean by nitty gritty dirt? It was on a surface find where water has eroded the soil.
