Westmoreland County PA interesting "rock?"

Found in a cornfield in Westmoreland County PA. Target rich environment, pretty heavy for its size.. I truly have no idea, just thought it interesting, wondered if it looked familiar to anyone

Welcome from Florida Hanna, wish I could help but I don’t know much about those kind of rocks, but if I was to find it on an indian site I would think it was brought there by them ...many finds like that were never modified, but simply kept as a charm curio, etc.....Keep lookin.

It looks like a piece of hematite/limonite iron ore. The natives ground this stuff up for red and orange colored pigments.
