Weird belly button thing?!

Found these in North Dakota.

There is a very strange belly button rock. If anyone has any clue please I'm dying to know how this could form naturally. #1

Then there is a bone fragment?, looks to have cracked but could it possibly be tooled like that? How could a bone end up in this shape? The striated pattern is strange to me. #2

And finally is this a scraper that's had most of its mass worn down by running water? #3

Pics 1-3 appears to be some type of fossil. Someone here most likely will identify the type. Pics 4-6 its hard to tell from the pictures but looks natural, same goes with pics 7&8. Keep looking 👍

1 ,2, 3 looks like a natural concretion to me. The bone looks to be gnawed on by some rodents. They chew stuff to keep there incisor growth in check . the last rock looks natural to me.
