Looks like a giant Gypsum Cave! Nice piece!

The Gypsum Cave -and- Augustin I think are the same point. Yours looks to be a knife form. The Augustin is found in the southern portion of the southwestern states and nothern Mexico and the Gypsum Cave is found in Northest Arizonia and into contiguous states to the west and south.
This Augustin was found in Southeast Arizonia near the border with Mexico.
