Okay, I’ve asked several artifact hunters what these are, nobody knows for sure. Just a few of the many that are on the surface on my permission ranch in Loving Co, TX. I find them in the tiny dry sandy washes in the portion of the ranch where there are some ridges that are 10-20’ higher than the low lying areas. They are typically small and round, marble to golf ball size. They are not metallic or magnetic (checked with my metal detector and a strong magnet). They are dense and feel heavier than a normal rock of its size. Some have smaller round nodules on them. A possibility is non metallic meteorites, but they don’t seem to match photos of meteorites on the internet. Any ideas? Note: lower right hand corner is flint and not part of my question.
