    William - Can't say what type of point that is but it sure has a beautiful color.  Kinda reminds me of caramel.  Nice point - too bad about the chips on the sides.  ---Chuck

      Totally Paleo, any fluted point is paleo. Fluting a point is a basal thinning technique, that takes a specific manufacture process,utilized only by the old ones-clovis,folsom, cumberland etc.. The big chip on the side is fire/heat damage, called a potlid fracture. nice point

          Some early archaic types were also sometimes fluted, Dalton and plainveiw come to mind.

              I don't think it was fluted on purpose.  I love the color!  Looks like somebody knapped a Werthers candy!
