Top screen page selector

Noticed this glitch... The page selector at the top of the page erroneously takes me back to the "forum" page on my mobile version regardless of which one I click 1,2 or >... The good thing is we have two of them... Only glitch ive noticed thus far which is good. Thanks!

On y phone it was showing 4 pages I started looking at the pages and as I looked they would drop from that index. Now I am at three . The reason is I rarely use my phone to look at stuff on here. As you look at those posts you are seeing all the newest posts.

Josh are you using Chrome browser? Chrome does some hinky stuff on mobile devices. I can only see the numbers when I click on new topics in the drop down at the top of the page.

Yes I am using chrome browser. The new topics page is how I use the forum. When I view offline I use today's post. That's just how its easiest to keep up with the most recent topics and post for me. The "page selectors" at the top of the new topics page (logged in) and todays post page ( logged out) will both take me to the "Forums" page erroneously... Its not a huge problem as the "page selector" at the bottom of the page works properly for me.... Just wanted to point out that there was a glitch there Im experencing but its pretty easy to workaround so...

Here is a peculiarity I have found on my mobile devices both android from two different manufacturers . I type forums.arrowheads.com in my address bar. Google takes me back to a post I looked at often. Google has a way of minding your business a little too much mind you. so I land on the page I posted about the Gatlinburg fires. I click log on and instead of the drop down with the two fields for login and password I see this instead.

My solution is I just hit the back button and try again. Sometimes I have to hit the back button twice. I will report this stuff to the software people. These glitchs do not appear to be caused by the forum but rather a problem with the software itself. They may have to create a patch to overcome this for mobile users. Thanks for the feedback it is important to get this info in so we can help them make our forum the best it possibly could be.

Agred, I always try to point out any difficulties I have moreso for the health of our forum as I know it can be hard on new comers. Not sure how the patches work but really I don't see the point in two areas to select which page I would like to view, ones good enough for me so if doing away with the faulty one fixed the problem I would be ok with it... Anyways thanks for the help!

Ok I see what you mean now. I have gotten my phone to replicate that. Something in the software is causing that. I was a bit confused before but now that I have made my phone do it I see exactly what you mean now.
