Trying to get liam signed up

Ive been trying to set liam up with his own login. First problem was it couldnt be done through my phone as i am tied to it. Went to wifes phone and now im getting this message.

I don't see why there can't be multiple users with the same IP address Chad. What do people (say for example husband and wife who share a family computer) do.

No, i dont generally encourage my kids to be on devices... no video games, no computer here.... At 7 he is way too young. Perhaps this is more trouble than its worth....
