"Miami River Pentagons; Ohio Flint Types by Robert N Converse"
"The base has the usual rounded corners and has moderate basal grinding. The barbs are pronounced but rounded. These points may have a pentagonal outline but on some the sides are nearly straight. They are usually well chipped by both percussion and pressure and have a lenticular blade. Most are from 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches long. Over 90% of them are made of Logan County chert"
Miami River Pentagons are from the Late Archaic period.
