Also known as Steubenville Lanceolate in older typologies, and like Fox Creek Stemmed, at one time believed to be an early point style. However, they are now recognized as dating from the Middle Woodland Period. Lance shaped, the lower blade edge can taper or be straight, and the base is straight to slightly concave.
