  • Mayes

It's not a typical Calf Creek point. It appears to be a type that falls right in between the Calf Creek and Haskell (dart) morphology somewhere..we call them "Mayes" points. They have the basal notches of the Calf Creek points, longer than a Haskell dart. However, they appear to be directly pressure notched (instead of punch-notched) and lack a few other features that are common on Calf Creek.
