Time Period: Historic Phase, 300-160 B.P.
Location: The Columbia River in Oregon and Washington
Description. A rare, small size, narrow, thin, lanceolate, barbed arrow point with a usually diamond shaped base. Bases can also be rectangular with horizontal barbs. Some examples have excellent oblique, parallel flaking. Other base forms would fall under the Dagger type. ( which I believe this one to be).
