Hi TC. Yes that is a tough break. pun intended lol. Broken ones are all I ever found. Found several and all broken as is yours--right down the middle. Most of mine were made of greenstone or some kind of black slate. I hunted primarily in the Tenn. valley area of north Alabama. I often wondered, and still do, why so many we find are broken in that manner.
