Nephrite Jade (Wyoming, California, Washington, Alaska, British Columbia)
Mainly greys and greens and can have yellows, browns and white coloring. It has a lower level of translucency and luster and slightly more resinous and greasy appearance than Jadeite. Nearly always found as weathered boulders and cobbles in stream deposits or glacial sediment.
