    Hip waders are the ticket for winter hunting on creeks and rivers. I bought mine just for that reason. They work great.
    Look to the ground for it holds the past!

        Although we get snow up here in NE Arizona it often melts pretty fast, and the sandy soil keeps it from becoming too muddy. I do enjoy hunting in the fall and winter, as long as the wind doesn't blow too hard. Summer heat is just too rough on me and my dog.
