Fredericksburg TX

I am visiting in the Fredericksburg, TX area for a few months and am wondering if anyone can tell me of someplace around this area to hunt for artifacts while I am here. Any info is greatly appreciated. Or if there is anyone who would like a hunting partner that has permission, that could work also. Looking forward to any info. Thanks.

Welcome to A.com sharp. Not from Texas but if it is the same there as Ohio find an old stream or body of water and begin searching the nearest highest ground to it. Good luck and hope you find someone close to you. Bill
