Going to Bullhead City area of AZ. Any advice on areas to hunt?

I was trying to remember, so I did a little research, one place is Christmas tree pass...It’s 7 miles west of Laughlin.

You have to go across the bridge to Laughlin, about 30 miles west there are some sites to look. I’ve looked the river edge there several times with no luck. I’ve never gone to the mentioned sites, it is from my understanding all desert , lots of pottery and such. Somewhere near a ghost town, I suppose the town was there because of a water source, and the NA people most probably were using the same water source. I hope your going soon as in summer it is not unusual for temps to hit 120 F. I’ve always intended to seek out the site, I’ve taken my wife to Laughlin many times for Valentine’s Day so it’s hard for me to say I’m going hunting. Good luck ! JJ
