    Sorry I had to post this as a Word document attachment. Sometimes the server doesn't like large amounts of text and it always seems to reject anything that has page-breaks within the format.

      Thank you for sharing this...I too am going to start finding land owners to talk to and wasn't sure about how to approach them. This answers everything.

        I like to use the Hunting permit on the DNR website. That way if Workers or Officers come by and ask what's up I can show them my signed release form. I also keep the land owners phone numbers handy. Best of luck to you! Sandy

          All very good advise and don't give up either they may say no today and change their mind next year so keep at it. Don't be a pest and ask weekly but it don't hurt to ask in a year.
