  • Litte over due, but hello from Connecticut

I became a member earlier in July when I ran into Redrocks and he told me about the forums, but never introduced myself. My name is Anthony Gambardella and I am from Shelton CT. I have always been interested in history and Native Americans. Growing up, I always heard stories of indians living along the Housatonic river where I live. When I was 14 I found my first arrowhead at Indian Well state park in Shelton with my uncle, who was a small time collector in the valley. A few years and points later I got into flintknapping, mainly focusing on making point types that are found through-out the Northeast. Though I do not have a big collection of artifacts, I am still thrilled to be a member on this page and have enjoyed the artifacts that a lot of you guys have amounted.

Mr. Dorso, I have heard so many good things about you and your fathers collection out of the valley. You may know my uncle, Tom Gambardella. He did most of his collecting around telescope mountain in Derby in the 80's.
