Howdy from the swamps of North Louisiana!

Hello all!

been lurking/reading a day or 2 and decided to join. been searching for the past 15 years, when water levels allow here in Bossier/Webster/Bienville Parishes of Northwest Louisiana. I've been reading up on how to find potential spots with topographic maps (good thing I was a Girl Scout! lol)...that seems to help a bit. Along with that, actual history of the area. Working my way back through Native American occupancy of the area but haven't reached the real "old school" info yet. which is why I haven't learned to date or classify, but that will come with time (and guidebooks!)

Welcome to forum and if you will look on web for Projectile point identification guide it will be almost as good as a guide book
