  • I hope this helps with the winter blues!

Only one shell casing worth showing today. Just because it has some age to it. Chase this one's for you.

Well the day started off pretty soggy and I got another late start.
The first keeper was this silver hoop earring.

And the next was this silver dime.

I had "big foot" the 17" coil on and was listening for those faint squishy, not quite right, signals.
And when I turned the plug on this one I knew it was silver right away.
Well worn but I am sure this is either a 1862 or 72. Try as I might I just can't get the date to photograph.

The next target was this and since you all like in-situs here you go.

And here's the flip side after a little cleaning.

My next find was this weird studded bracelet at 6". Who would have thought that they were into studs 100 years ago.

Right after that I got the first of 2 Vickie's. This one was pierced by a square nail, now why did they have to do it upside down?
No respect for the date at all.

And yes that is a little love kiss on her cheek.

This is what the next one looked like in the dirt.

But thankfully she cleaned up nice.
