On Thursday morning it was a shore hunt first and scrap brass and copper was the order of the hunt.
Although, the gin stopper was an eyeball find and the large marble came out of a hole with some scrap copper.
That evening I hunted a sports field with reduced sensitivity to just surface hunt.
The trash.
The clad.
And the disappointment.
On Friday we got our first measurable rain in over 2 months so it was an off day however I took advantage of the moisture, as little as it was, today and opened it up.
Pulled a ton of trash.
And a little bit of cash.
There was another failure.
And a success.
The good coins as they came out.
Ya I know crummy pics, here's a comparison. See if you can spot the nonmagnetic silver one.
And all cleaned up.
I'm off to my friend Micheal's place tomorrow in the BC interior. Spending the night in Vancouver then meeting up with another detectorist and his wife on Monday and we will be at Micheal's in the afternoon.
