My best find was actually my first keeper of the day on Friday.
The site was iron infested and a tiny squeaker of a signal just would not go away.
The CTX refused to pinpoint on target so it was back to basics to get this one.
The good old Minelab wiggle saved the day here.
I actually had to reduce the swing to only 1 1/2 inches to isolate the target.
And six inches down with a nail beside it out came a beauty of a token.
And yes I thought BEER at first.
Until my friend Micheal reminded me that it was from a farm and it was for milk.
The rest of the day was rather anticlimactic after that one.
Junk was found.
Lead and brass were saved including an interesting lock plate.
Pennies can be fun to find. That is the first 50 of them.
