What is the strangest thing I found on Saturday?

Well it can't be the trash because that is a given.

And unfortunately it's not the used needles either.
If any of you ever run into these and the point is exposed this is what I do.
Take your digger and cut the tip off. I then bury the tip so that it is safe and no one will get poked.
Odd pins are common so this is not it.
But you have got to be Canadian to smile when this shows up under the coil.
It was not even the pile of decorative marbles that I found.
The strangest thing yesterday was six hand puppets that had been dumped with tags attached.
I will donate these to some daycare place on Monday.
OK on with the day.
On Saturday I finally managed to meet up with PocoBill and the location was his choice not mine.
I say this because he turned to me after 3/4s of an hour and said "did you strip mine this place?"
This is the same place where this hunt took place.

It is also where I found that Kia car remote and the owner showed up yesterday.
I felt bad but he insisted.

Even though I have been over this place many times some things are still to be found.
Another garter snap, this one dated 1896. And another silver dime. Bill did manage to make a couple of unique finds but we agreed to move on from here.
Now Bill is a tall drink of water. He is somewhere around 6'6".
And on Saturday he was out in shorts showing off a pair of very white legs topped off with whit knee pads.
So I think that was the reason that one of the parks workers gave him the heave ho from the park.
Something to do with scaring the wild life.
I had been in the bushes as usual and did not see this happen. So I carried on without knowing he was no longer there.
Nothing really special was found on the rest of the hunt.
But I did manage my first of these. Here is the stuff cleaned up. And the rest of the keepers.

They should spook the hell out of me too Matt, but I find so many of them I am more ticked off than frightened.
All I can think about when I see them lying on the ground is how easy it would be for some kid to ruin their life just by playing in a park.
I have no hope of finding all of them but I will not leave any one of them where them can cause any harm.
