I don't know about most of you but this is the first religious item I have found that was personalized.

Here it is cleaned up with the other bling that was found.
The little watch is an Ian Daniels watch.

Friday was a little more exciting.
I first met up with Jamie for a few minutes. (by the way he ended up doing great after I left). He found his first ever little nickle but ended up doubling that by the end of the day.

In life there are losers and finders. Which one are you?

Then I headed out on my own.
On Thursday I had met a young native man (40s) who had asked if I had found a gold ring.
He gave me the approximate location where he had buried it 20 years ago.
His intention was to purify it but he had forgotten exactly where he had buried it and was never able to recover it.
Getting to the location there was plenty of trash around.

And even after he showed up we were unable to find his ring.
But I did manage another one.
While swinging away in the pathway I got a super sweet double high tone.
Which usually means another wine top twist cap.
This is what I saw under the coil though.
This is my type of In-Situ

I will get back to this one later.
Someone wanted to render this deadly cap gun safe.
    And removed the hammer.

After finding this I had had enough of fighting the long grass and decided to hit the boulevard while I made my way back to the car.
The first good target was another penny.
Of which I always find lots of.

Then came a penny spill with a little shine to it.

      OK back to that ring.
This is how it looked when found.

Not exactly what I was expecting from the high tone.
But after a tumble it seems to be a home made silver ring with a gold overlay.
