  • An enjoyable but uneventful weekend.

Both Saturday and Sunday were a little slow in the keeper department.
But there were more than enough of the nitro letdowns to suit my fancy.
The garbage just seems to multiply all on it's own in the dark of the night. Click image for larger version

And ended up being a silver plated clip on earring. Click image for larger version

This next find when I found it a lady came up and asked what did you find.
And I replied just another clothing snap.
It ended up in the tumbler instead of on the scrap pile where I had originally intended to put it.
Both myself and Ralph have come to the same conclusion.
That it is a snap from a ladies pair of gloves.
But neither of us can come up with a conclusive date for it.

Sundays nitro moments started with this plated religious medallion.
I was hopeful that it might be silver but it's a keeper anyways. Click image for larger version

So here they are cleaned up with the rest of the bling.
The Roadrunners Terrace BC is kind of cool because of what it represents.
It was Christmas In September! The sky was cloudy, yet laden with sunlight which softened the brisk temperatures of the early fall September day. The Road Runners motorcycle club has been sponsoring the Terrace Corps toy drive for 27 years.  Jim Braie and Helen Martinot-Blue Grass Gospel musicians/avid bikers-have teamed together for over 14 years  […]
