  • A quick post of yesterday's finds.

I was just getting ready to head out the door when Eric texted.
We decided to head back to an area we have both been to before.
I decided to rework a small area that I spoke about in this post. https://forums.arrowheads.com/forum/...appy-as-can-be
So for 4 1/2 hours I gridded the area 90 degrees to my first attempt.
Considering the size of the area (30 meters by 35 meters) there were very few targets left.
And making gas money was not even on my radar. Click image for larger version

    However keepers were.
Eric called it an "Olympic result".

And in my opinion the winner of the day.
It is a little rough condition wise. Click image for larger version

In life there are losers and finders. Which one are you?

That is neat that at one time the Canadian 5 cent coins were silver, and that ring had seen several years of use.

Our nickels were 90% silver from 1858 to 1921. Johnny. They are the same size as your half dimes (which were also silver).
