  • Here and there.

As the title suggest that is what I have been doing this past week.
I have been bebopping between two sites primarily due to parking restrictions.
I also find that 2 hours is all that my bladder can take before it needs to be paid attention to.
Public parks with no washroom facilities is a pain in the butt.
This past week has seen on and off rain throughout. Monday was a total no go.
Tuesday was shortened due to rain, however not before some goodies jumped into the pouch.
The first find was another little nickel. Click image for larger version

Wednesday saw me back at the same place.
I guess that you guys should know that both of the places have been hunted extensively by myself and others many times before.
What is making the difference now is that I am going slower than slow.
More like a snails pace to my normal hunting style.
The only decent find from this spot on Wednesday was this medallion.
I knew that it was old the moment it came out. Click image for larger version

It sounded very much like foil but the pendant gave off a nice little squeak. Click image for larger version

ID:	272662 Thursday was not as productive despite being the longest hunt in this post.
Site one only produced one keeper.

Site two did produce the best find that day.
It is a nice old two tone whistle.

Spendables are understandably lacking this week.
That black disk barely showed a 10 in the center and the date 1942 below when it was first found.
What ever happened to it while it was in the ground the aluminum certainly didn't like it.

While surprisingly the recyclables are just as abundant.
