  • Looking for marbles

We have and old 40's or 50's house on the property we built our house on and ever so often we harrow it. After harrowing it and after the rain I walk it looking for marbles, did not find any today but did find an ax, piece of copper and a almost mint 1959 silver quarter and did not even have metal detector. Silver! Cool! I remember finding my first marbles. They were 1840's or 1850's. I know that people sometimes find them in rivers, but house foundations are the best. Keep looking, I would like to see some!

I lost a few so I know they are out there somewhere.
