    Johnny from Georgia gave me this material. The point is some colorful Coastal Plain Chert. The 6.5 inch black blade is some tough material. I made a narrow blade because i couldn't push long flakes. I am hoping that Johnny can tell us what the black rock is.

    The black is Coastal Plain chert also, I get it about thirty miles from my house, may have close to a thousand pounds or more of it.

          Like both of those Ron! The first has awesome color! That second is sweet too. Never saw material quite like that, kind of reminds me of Basalt or something...

            That dark material looks like material I find on a family in leflore county OK.
