Archaic stemmed

[Kentucky point]

I already knapped one of the bifaces. It is the most realistic point I have ever made, and I am proud of it. I have zero clue what the lithic is. It is not smooth, or glass like. It's something I have never seen before. Any ideas? This is probably the last thing I will knap for a while. I am packing for PA tomorrow, and we are leaving on Thursday. Hopefully, I can find something knappable, or useful.







P.S. Sorry about the poor lighting. I will try and get a better pic tomorrow.

It was actually very hard to get a flake off. Percussion and pressure flaking were difficult, but I like the results.
