    Not particularly impressive, but I'm proud of it. It's made from a piece of Maryland creek gravel "chert"., that was rather difficult to knap.

      Hey Ethan, I love it!!! The challenging materials always give you a great sense of accomplishment. We learn more about our ancestors when using a great variety of materials.

        I honestly don't understand how the Native Americans lived along the Eastern Seaboard, with all of the crappy material. It's a wonder they made good points sometimes. I've seen some of the ones to come out of Virginia, and they are chunky things made of quartzite, quartz and ryolite.
