  • is 3/16" Too Thin?

I purchased many Obsidian slabs from this rock dealer. My purchased slabs ranged from 1/4" to 3/8". This rock dealer gave me a couple of free slabs that are 3/16" thick. It was a challenge for me to skin this five inch blade without snapping it in two. I guess I enjoy a challenge.
