  • Leighton Double Notch.

The Leighton found mostly in the Southeastern states, is a medium to large point with two notches. It's base is concave and the sides are convex to straight. Most are serrated. The double notch is a bit unusual and very attractive. This type is an Early Archaic form from 8000 to 5000 BC. I'm gettin better with my serrations. Kim
