  • Just stopped in to say hi

Haven't posted in a while. Lots going on. New grand daughter, new job. Still hunting but haven't found much lately, a couple of ugly little woodland points and flakes flakes flakes. Still nice being outside. Creeks are all a carpet of green, where's the RAIN!? Wife and I went on a killer road trip West this summer. Palo Duro Canyon, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, Moab. Took our Cherokee and did some camping and off roading. Can't wait to go back. Here's a few pics. That's what ya call God's country. I used Moab as my base for trips into Canyonlands and Arches. I was surprised to see recently that the legendary Lin Ottinger is still alive and well, and still running(with help from family) the Moab Rock Shop. Great photos....

You're right about it being God's country. Your pics bring back memories of a trip my brother and I made in his '55 Chevy in 1964. Some beautiful pics Rick. Thanks for sharing it with us.
