Great pics Josh, that mushroom seems a lil out of place. It makes me think of em crazy hairs that grow out of my ears"what the heck is it doing there"!
Hey josh those are those Acadia bugs right .. everywhere 17 years they come out . Sub -species 7 .
Well I heard these for the first time in my life in Georgia ... so get this story . I am in Georgia in spring and nothing . I count 21 different bird species . When I went back there 2 weeks ago not many birds . I go out and buy bird seed bells etc . Still no birds . So I am goggling these bugs and find out they throw off birds hearing for their natural daily life . Just even listening for a insect to eat
is hard for them . They were flying hard and fast all over . I found that a fun fact .
yes the first pic is frame worthy .
Yeah I saw a special on TV years ago that's how I even knew what they were till I said something one night because they are deafening .
I guess they only come out every 17 years .
goggle for interest . They were leaving those shells all over the place. . Like a snake shead .
I love your thread on yard life . When we went hunting I found three different types of very unusual mushroom but didn’t have my phone . Red , yellow all growing up a tree .
thought of this .
