Bow season is upon us :-)

To kill with a bow is a feeling that nothing else brings .... today was opening day for us here in NW Arkansas .... me and my brother and my 4 boys hunted this morning and this afternoon and had a blast .... this is my brother and his first bow kill ... congrats little brother !!

our bow season opened last weekend,but its been to hot to go out.
tomorrow its going to be a bit cooler so i will be in the ground blind before sunup patiently waiting on a nice mature doe or buck
but mostly out there to scout for fall turkey season which starts next weekend

and you are absolutely right about nothing like getting them with a bow.
best feeling in the world

for me its also a way to connect with our ancestors,hunt like they did.up close and personal

Good shot ! Yeah it's much more natural and old school back
to the native Americans ..
maybe that's why you guys get first choice of the season
over guns . Nice little deer stand , I love just sitting in one any
time of the year .
