Tam - a lot of the upload issues occur due to the size of Megapixels in the picture. Our website will only take 2MP's per pic before it rejects the upload. We also have a maximum of 8 pics per post. I use a camera and am able to adjust the megapixel size of each picture or set a maximum megapixel size for all pics. Don't know if Iphones, Androids etc have that capability - my wife's Iphone 6 doesn't.
