Wow!! I know exactly where it is, but only because I cheated and used google’s “find similar images” function. One of the weirdest formations I’ve ever seen.

I'm going to guess it's India. Or Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Somewhere in that general area. If this is a natural formation, it looks like it is in India exept for the cattle fence.. Kim

Okay, it reminds me of a very worn down Devils Tower WY. It's not Nevada because it's not in the rocky Mt. range. Those look like the Rockies in back. So that leave Arizona or Utah. Arizona is too far south from the Rockies so that counts that state out. Hummm Wyoming or Utah. Let me flip a coin, tic, tic, tic. Arizona is heads, It's heads. Arizona! Am I close?

It is called church rock at 200 foot high it is just off highway 191 south of Moab Utah and it is near the turn off to the needles district of canyonlands national park . The La Sal mountains are in the back round the hole in the base ( 16 foot x 24 foot ) was dug out in the 40s by the owners of the land to store salt and feed for their cattle operation and it is still used for that . The old story pertaining to it's name comes from a story of an early 1900s religious group that supposedly dug the cave out for their use .
