ID:	582393 Just a couple of pics overlooking the upper Mississippi River valley, in Houston county Minnesota… 400 + acres on a narrow ridgetop.. hasn’t been tilled up since the 60’s.. going to crop land next spring, and may be tilled up this fall.. belongs to a friends family, and I scored permission to hunt it for arrowheads this morning.. rule 12, always look for more huntin spots…✌️ Click image for larger version

      Beautiful, absolutely beautiful..Like on top of the world, no smog....Rule 12 b, stop and smell the 🌹. You’ve got it all.. I could spend the summers there all right, yessiree I surely could.

        Mississippi River, down in the valley below..
        There are a couple of mounds along this ridgetop..😃

        With all those trees between the ridge and the river, I'd say they probably used and lost axe or two... good hunting!

              When ever I see new sites like that near the river they always look like a Paleo campsite Good luck.
