With all the rain we've had this year, it has been a bountiful harvest. First are Chickens, #1 is Nathan & 2 is my hunting buddy Screamer. #3 . Smooth stem Honeys. #4 Shaggy Mains. #5 Small Chanterelles. #6 Aborted Entolomas #7 Harvest of French Honeys and Entolomas. Last is a foreign variety of Honeys called a Yellow Honey. Not native to the U.S. Someone locally is growing them and they popped up near my house. All of these are very delicious Mushrooms. I love to hunt them. There are others I did harvest but I didn't photograph. Enjoy, Kim

Ya I have seen others but didn't know what was ok to eat. Back in the 50s our neighbor brought us some he had found and dad said that they wer'nt good so tossed em. Two days later the guy and his wife wound up in the hospital and she died. The guy lived but I remember that when I was hunting them so left em alone. The only ones I knew that were ok were the morels and the chickens.
