Oh good I was waiting for someone to do that. I recieved my box last Thursday while I was at work. My secret Santa was
Up North. When I got home the small box was so heavy I just had to open it then couldn't wait until Friday. Idk what he used to seal it with but it was like a tape but sealed the whole box and I thought I'd never get it open. I had to use a steak knife to cut the box open. Nothing was going to fall out of it during shipping that's for sure. I opened the end with the small frame which had 4 nice points in it. The heavy side was a nice Celt. Then the note from him which I enjoyed reading. I forgot to add a note when I sent mine. I just wanted to say thank you UN for such a nice gift.NW Georgia,

Hey surface... glad you were able to get ‘er open.
I used 3/4 of a roll of 2” shipping tape.... lol... the woman at the post office gave me a strange look, thought I was shipping contraband... I have a uncle who delivers for u.s.p.s., I know how they handle packages...I’m surprised they could scan the bar code.... glad you like it surface, now go jump in a creek and get some more.... ho.. ho...ho....✌️....🎅☃️🎅☃️🎅Southeastern Minnesota’s driftless area

My 5-year old Nuther One just opened his gift.
Narrow Way Knapper, please know you have made my son’s day...week...Christmas!
His exact words, “This is the greatest gift and best day ever!”
I would agree...
Your generosity and talents will be shared with family and friends for my son’s lifetime!
I have no idea how Santa is supposed to top this...he has wanted a grooved axe his entire collecting life (all 2.5 years!)
Much thanks,

Glacial Pebble was my generous Secret Santa benefactor. He gifted me quite a variety of cool artifacts! Let's see, there's some colorful uniface scrapers, handstones, a triangle point (my first 😁), Brewerton points (The black one is beveled, another first). He also gave me an elk antler carved pendant and last but not least, a sweet piece of Horse Creek Chert that would make any knapper's palms sweat with anticipation. GP, please correct me if I mixed anything up. A big THANK YOU Glacial Pebble!

Happy that you liked it, not sure what they were doing with the greenstone, a preform for an adze or chopper used as is??. I thought you might like that it was knapped on the other side. Hope you have some luck chipping on the horse creek, Merry Christmas 🎄.

I've already started on the Horse Creek, but I'm taking it slow. It's sure a beautiful lithic!

I think you're right about the green stone. It was a chopper of some kind. I keep picking it up and examining it. There are trimming flake scars all the way around it on the back side (I'm assuming to clean up any jagged edges) and only a few big flake scars on what I'm guessing was the business end of the tool. Interesting study piece.

Thank you Overshot!!! Mr. Jay Roach, one of the most generous guys that I haven’t met.. I did go to the Temple Tx show in 2000 and may have seen you there?? I was dumbfounded then as I am now and feeling unworthy/ slightly Scroogish.. maybe because I can’t quit smiling. He gifted me some beautiful dig finds from the Guadalupe River drainage in Kerr and Kendall Cos. TX a quart bag full from each county!! Some beautiful scrapers flake knife and points that make my head spin. I’ll get a frame and try eventually to take better more deserving pictures. God bless you and yours, and have a very Merry Christmas. You made my 2020 sir!!! Thanks again,
